Cooking Instructions – General
Tastiest when oven cooked straight from the freezer.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
These instructions are guidelines only.
Do Not refreeze after defrosting.
Oven cook – From Frozen
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5 35-40 mins.
1. Pre-heat the oven.
2. Carefully cut or peel away the film lid over the potatoes and stuffing ball, keeping the film over the meat and vegetables compartment intact.
3. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Two or more trays may require a longer cooking time.
Microwave – From Frozen
1. Peel back the film lid of the potatoes compartment and remove the potatoes, stuffing ball and butter pellet from the tray.
2. Pierce the film lid over the other compartment and cook for:
3. Full Power: 650W/B 5 mins, 750W/D 4 1/2 mins, 850W/E 4 mins.
4. Replace the roast potatoes, stuffing ball and butter pellet and re-cover.
5. Turn the chicken over and stir the gravy and vegetables. Cook for a further:

7. Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.
